In the light of the outbreak of novel coronavirus, we are monitoring the situation closely and will continue to provide information and assistance to travellers.

We recommend you check the travel advisory from your aiirlines before travelling. Also check for updates on foreign travel advice. As expected, there have been a significant number of schedule changes recently as airlines adjust their flying programmes. We will be continuely updating our travellers.

Kindly note, refunds are taking a little longer than normal to process due to the volume of amendments we are receiving now. Please be assured we will be processing all refunds as efficiently and as soon as possible.
